Partners involved
The organisation of the two coordination meetings involves: selection of place, date and venue, and preparing the necessary facilities, such as audio and visual aids when acting as host. Other tasks are: defining the agenda for the meeting, appointing a rapporteur, seeing that the minutes are produced and circulated timely.
