Subtask 4b

This subtask is aimed at presenting to stakeholders of the Mediterranean and Black Sea, preliminary results of the pilot projects under Task 2. A workshop will be organized following the same methodology of Subtask 4a and will be focused on discussing preliminary potential fuel efficiency gains, as well as pros and cons of each innovation tested on fishing gears. 

Subtask 4b will also have a direct contribution to Task 3 by collecting qualitative information on the impacts on the fishing sector of the fuel price variations registered in the last years and the solutions adopted by the fishing sector to mitigate the negative effects, through the submission of questionnaires and interviews to members of the MEDAC and BISAC.
